How David West Helps the Pacers’ Score Easy-Strike Points in Transition
West's touchdown pass to Green didn't shock me . It was just...
If he played more, I might start a #LetShannonBrownDunk-type campaign for young Mr. George. Clears the good Dr. Hibbert pretty easily here and supposedly does some vicious stuff in practice all the time.
Perhaps we’ll get to see some in-game stuff one day.
UPDATE: The team also had a three-point shootout since this long break without a game is essentially the equivalent of an early All-Star break and players like to compete and be silly.
With a six-day break between games, several Pacers conducted a 3-point shootout and dunk competition after practice Tuesday. They used two racks of balls and had former director of player development Billy Kellerwork the clock.
Danny Granger won the shootout against rookie Paul George, Dahntay Jones and Roy Hibbert.
I would hope Danny would win that match-up. Even his 42.1% shooting from the field this season should be good enough to beat two guys without three-point range and a rookie wearing biker shorts. (The shorts were apparently an 80s retro throwback to honor Larry Bird. I’m sure he was … honored.)
