How David West Helps the Pacers’ Score Easy-Strike Points in Transition
West's touchdown pass to Green didn't shock me . It was just...
“What? Who? When?”
I don’t really understand the “what?” question (we’re talking about a basketball game, I believe), but no matter: the Pacers are offering cheap seats for opening night at Conseco Fieldhouse. You may get the Bulls. You may get the Cavs. But either way, you’re not going to pay a lot for your balcony seats. They claim to have more than 7,000 seats for $10 or less.
This is a nice gesture for fans. The owners whitewashed the players in negotiations and could conceivably use some of that newfound revenue to make it easier for fans to come to games. Nobody realistically expects that to happen long term, but even if Indiana only uses this sale an olive branch to get those upset about the lockout back into the building for the first few home games (or the first one, most likely), it should allow a few folks to have a nice, non-bank-breaking holiday season outing with the family.
