Roy added 30 lbs. of lean mass; dropped 5% body fat and added over a 100 lbs. on his Front Squat this off-season and he’s not the same player that he’s been in the past. He’s playing bigger, stronger and with more confidence than ever before. A trip to the All-Star game is what he deserves and a little more respect. Just saying.
