Third straight monster game. Made 5-of-6 in the 1st quarter for 13 points and set the tone for a Pacers team that embarrassed the Wizards in every period but the 2nd.

Really nice little game, making hook shots. Plus, that monster block. 1 board would have been cool though.

Smooth, quick, under control. The Hill/Barbosa backcourt off the bench can be very fun. They really seem to like passing to one another and doing little loopy cuts to open space so the other guy can find them. Like two annoyingly good 2-on-2 playing punks at the park.

    For someone who dishes out average grades for someone who only saw garbage time, I’m a bit puzzled why you rated Hansbrough so highly when he didn’t do anything until others put the game out of reach.

    @redmid17 Hansbrough had 10 points on 3-of-5 shooting at the end of the 3rd and scored 6 of our 8 points on a 8-1 run to turn a 6 point lead into a 13 point advantage late in the period. Barbosa was the main blowout stat stuffer as he got 9 of his 14 points on 4-of-6 shooting in the 4th.

    Um…yeah…now that we got that stuff out of the way: I’m just spitballin’ here, but did we pick Lou up when we did so he could become the second coming of Jeff Foster? Speaking of which, Roy my man, the hook shot is looking good but for the love of god channel a little Jeff Foster and grab a board next time!

    Now that, that game is out of the way, we can look for an exciting weekend. Thunder then Celtics at home. I’m pumped. Keep the streak going fellas, and Danny keep shooting the lights out because the best shooter in the leauge is about to come in town and we will need it like you did against the Knicks to send these suckers how with back to back loses. DC will get put to the test having to guard Westbrook. Should be interesting. Pacers need to win against the Celtics too, so they have one series between an East team that they won this year. (1-1 CHI, 1-3 MIA, 1-2(1 left) BOS, 1-3 ORL, 1-2 ATL, 1-1 (2 left) PHI, 1-2 NYK. Good games to test the Pacers before the playoffs.

    But we have beaten every team in the East at least once. Which is pretty damn good, especially considering the shortened schedule.

    Little B, they’re 2-1 against the celtics.. Shouldn’t be down 1-2 to the hawks, but they’re damn good IMO, and 1-2 vs the knicks is embarassing.

    Thunder in town Friday.. Should be a tough game.. hopefully make it 12-5 against West teams..

    you’re right Derek U…i put above that if they win saturday they win that series but typed it wrong with later, thanks for correcting me…Despite their record vs Eastern conference playoff teams (8-13) they fared well agaisnt the west teams..beat Lakers in LA, Beat Dallas in Dallas, last to Spurs(but played ok), beat Houston in a tough game, Beat the Clippers….so if the Pacers make it to the finals they will look really good. Beat OKC tomorrow night and watch out!!! Also Pacers have taken a huge step compared to last year…thata boy Frank.

    Last night was the type of player we all thought we were getting in DC. Hard to believe he’s only had 3 double doubles this year. With the amount of shooters and Roy, he should be hitting 10+ assists way more often.

    Yeah, 8-13 against east playoff teams is a little troubling.. They struggle against Orlando, Dwight is good, but the rest of the team should get trolled on. I still feel Vogel can learn a thing or 2 about rotations. It’s my only beef with his coaching. Hawks / Orlando in the first round could be rough.
