i agree with r.e. is wrong…..green is terrible and honestly i think the pacers are screwing up this season and moving to seattle soon. eric gordan is good when he is healthy but when is that? honestly its looking bad for us if we dont get a scorer like mayo or even barbosa back. with options like raymond felton out there i dont see why augustin is the guy we go for. bobcats truehoop site is reporting the deal wont even happen so we need to get our heads outta our asses and get someone good. felton could be our backup or starting point guard and move hill to shooting guard then we dont need mayo or green. DC wasnt good in our system imo and isnt the next ty lawson so no reason to keep him but to give him away just means our front office doesnt know what its doing.

Collison is a starting caliber point guard. the fact that he started 56/66 games last season doesn’t hurt either.

and if you are going to talk about players who “SUCK” like Eric Gordon, please tell me what you think about Gerald Green, Miles Plumlee and Orlando Johnson… I have seen wayyyyy too many “fans” on here give Green the “benefit of the doubt” — as if the last 6 years are irrelevant and he still has upside at age 26. Really? Because he managed 12ppg off the Nets bench, mostly at a point in the season they were tanking and having a top 3 PG feeding him? Do you realize he doesn’t play defense? Have you noticed he turns the ball over FAR MORE than he assists? and that he was on the NETS bench? and only managed to get off the bench 31/66 times???
