A 35-point win is all sorts o’ fun, but it doesn’t mean a tinker’s damn in the next game. Tuesday night, the New Orleans Hornets come to town, and with the mid-point of the season hard upon us, every game has playoff implications. “Should wins” become “must wins” as the Pacers try to climb up that playoff ladder. This game falls in that category, so, here’s another Twitter video preview – my thoughts in 140 seconds or less.

There’s a full moon in sight, shinin’ down on the Ponchartrain. And the river, she rises…just like she used to do. She’s so full of surprises…she reminds me of you.

Pacers broke a four-game losing streak with an ugly win over New Jersey Thursday night. They have a real shot at heading into the All Star break with a four-game winning streak, as they will play the 4-26 Charlotte Bobcats twice (tonight and Wednesday), sandwiched around hosting the 7-23 New Orleans Hornets on Tuesday. So, here’s another Twitter video preview – my thoughts in 140 seconds or less.

So, the Heat game happened. That’s as far as I’m willing to go into that. On to Cleveland, and for another Twitter video preview – my thoughts in 140 seconds or less.

FYI…After completing my preview, I read now that it looks like Kyrie Irving will probably be available for the game. Doesn’t make the game any less necessary for the Pacers to win, or any more forgivable for the Pacers to lose. Indy needs to stop the bleeding.
Details, details.

A fun game Saturday night in the Fieldhouse ended up not being any fun at all in the win/loss category, and now the Pacers will play three games in three nights, opening ut that stretch with the team Marc Stein rates #1 in the NBA – the Miami Heat. It wasn’t either fun or close the last time these two teams met, as the Heat demolished Indiana in early January. But points don’t carry over, and with the score all knotted up with goose eggs, it’s time for another Twitter video preview – my thoughts in 140 seconds or less.

It looks like darkness to me, oh, drifting down…into Miami.
